I’m not in Victoria, Australia - can I still donate to you?
Yes! However, donating to an organisation closer to you is more environmentally friendly and cost-effective, so we suggest you try them first. These organisations have similar goals to us, although we have no connections to them and have not vetted them:
National
- Animal Rescue Cooperative (National)
- Rotary Donations In Kind (National)
- RSPCA (National)
- MedEarth (NSW)
- Save Our Supplies (QLD)
- Someone Who Cares (QLD)
International
- MEDIGIVE (UK)
- InterCare (UK)
- MedSurplus Alliance (USA)
- MedShare (USA)
- Project C.U.R.E. (USA)
When can I drop by?
We will book a time after we have processed your donation offer. We can’t accept walk‑ins, so please do not show up unannounced. We would hate to send you away unhappy.
How can I get the items to you?
The options are:
- Drop them off: You drop them off at our warehouse in Laverton North, Victoria, Australia. We will book a time after we have processed your donation offer. We can’t accept walk‑ins, so please do not show up unannounced. We would hate to send you away unhappy.
- Send them to us. We will provide the details once we have processed your donation offer. Please don’t send us unapproved donations; we can’t accept them, so they may go to waste. Unfortunately, we do not have the funds to contribute to transportation costs.
- We can collect items from you (sometimes): If your items are small and a volunteer is nearby, we may be able to organise a pickup. We’re volunteer‑run and funded by donations, so we don’t have trucks or removalists.
I have a general enquiry that isn’t answered here.
